  • What is your success rate?

    We have a very high success rate for committed relations that have lasted for several years. Our success is based not only on what we do as a company, but also on our client's openness and understanding of the process. It is also very important to consider that when it comes to relationships, your success is not dependent on someone else's success or lack thereof.

  • Can I put my membership on hold?

    Yes, you can put your membership on hold as often as you want for as long as you want. Therefore, if you are going away or have met someone and want to be exclusive, your membership on hold stops your membership term from running.

  • How do you decide on a match and introduce people?

    Matches are made based on the information we have shared taking into consideration all of the things most important to you and the person we are introducing you to. We would contact you about the introduction sharing enough information so that you are both comfortable. Normally we recommended that our clients meet with the person we introduce them to at least 2 or 3 times.

    After an introduction we receive feedback from both clients. All feedback is confidential; it helps us in assisting you to make sure we remain focused and always moving in the right direction.

    Our goal is to work with you every step of the way so that you are successful in finding the right person. If we do not have that person already as an active client, we are very active about finding the right match. Our marketing is very targeted and all searches are conducted in a quality, discreet fashion in order to attract the person we are looking for.

  • Do you match clients outside their area?

    We are not geographically limited therefore our introductions are made based on the requirements of our clients. If we can meet their needs and make an introduction in their general area than that is our first goal. We never want to disqualify a match however, based on location alone.

  • Do you give references?

    No. We guarantee our clients privacy, therefore we do not provide references.

  • Do you accept credit cards?

    No, we do not accept credit cards. Since we do not have the ability to swipe your credit card in person and since our membership terms exceed three months this curtails our credit card activity. We do accept electronic checks, money orders, Western Union, or bank wire transfers.

  • Are there refunds if you are not happy with the service?

    There are no refunds, but you may transfer your membership to someone else at no charge, or sell your membership and there is no transfer fee.

  • How long have you been in business?

    We have been in business since 1987.
